The Denver Dry "Tea Room" Penthouse

This project was the one of three recipients of the "Colorado Homes and Lifestyles" magazine Home of the Year award in 2002. The over 4500 sq. ft. space completely filled the former Tea Room on the fifth floor of the historic Denver Dry Goods building in downtown Denver.
